Kilkenny Design are currently looking for an experienced Stockroom Assistant to join our team in Swords, Co. Dublin.
Key responsibility of the stockroom assistant is to get stock to the sale floor.
Manage all stock movements from suppliers and that are transferred between the stores.
Follow through with any discrepancies that arise with stock.
Receipt stock and keep accurate records for all inwards and outwards inventory movements.
Process claims where required on faulty goods, late deliveries, and short deliveries.
Investigate claims where required on faulty goods, late deliveries, and short deliveries.
Work with your manager to ensure all paperwork associated with credits are completed and recorded accurately.
Ensuring the stockroom is always kept clear and accessible.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Managing SKU accuracy that all stock barcoded match correctly to the system.
Barcoding of stock items when required.
