Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager   Reporting to : Area Manager   Date of Issue: November 2024   The Role BORN CLOTHING are currently recruiting for an experienced, fashion manager who is looking for a new challenge.
We need someone who is ready to take leadership and is competent with both visual and commercial merchandising.
  PERSON SPECIFICATION Previous experience of management in a retail fashion store.
Must have a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure.
You should be highly motivated, energetic and show good leadership as part of a team.
Must have experience in managing staff, doing rosters, being a daily planner, performing management, and having good delegation skills.
Ability to analyse targets, kpis, trends, merchandising.
Have a passion for delivering a good customer shopping experience Computer literate, POS, excel etc.
  RESPONSOBILITIES Responsible for daily operations of a fast paced retail store.
Responsible for looking after your own team, training needs, monitoring their performance, processing deliveries, placement of stock.
Managing the performance of the store, accountable for achieving targets, wage budgets etc.
Ensuring the store is kept to company standards including customer service, reporting to head office/ area manager on a daily basis   Please note we are looking to fill this role ASAP Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Work Location: In person Salary: competitive depending on experience
