As a group, we opened over 20 new stores last year and want you to be part pf our growth.
We are looking for a Store Manager on a full time basis to join our busy store in Kildare Village.
This is a temporary contract until Feb 2025 and a great role for someone who can energise and influence the team to maximise their potential.
You will create a 5* shopping experience for every customer and be key in delivering and driving excellence within the team.
Key accountabilities and KPIs include: Lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service Strive to positively make an impact through efficient teamwork and leadership Maintain a commercial approach to role and operations, working closely with commercial reports to maximise branch performance Assist in delivering the store vision and recognising key areas of strength within the team to anticipate future opportunities to grow the business About You You will be: A customer-centric leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Capable in managing high performing teams in a store or concession setting.
Able to demonstrate your ability to influence and coach colleagues and sustain trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Confident in your delivery and motivated to add value, utilising the strengths of your team around you to think 'bigger picture'.
A natural role model with a passion and authority and you are both a 'people' as well as a 'commercial' person.
Passionate about being on the shop floor interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence.
