Quarterly samples.
The Role Train and motivate your team to ensure they are delivering the highest standards of customer service.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and reach all KPI targets.
Train new starters and evaluate current staff's performance, implementing training that may be needed for upskilling.
Schedule shifts and manage staff levels.Ensure the store layout and product placement align with the company's branding and standards.Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.Provide feedback and insight to the higher management within the company.
The ideal candidate Proven management experience within a fast-paced retail environment (fashion-based store not essential).
History of delivering and exceeding KPI targets.
Be a quick thinker and a skilled problem solver.
Have an understanding of customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a welcoming working environment.
Effective communication and people management skills.
