Leading the team to operate within relevant consumer legislation and sale of goods.MAIN DUTIESResponsible for KPI's such as sales, margin, waste management, pricing and promotional displays.To minimise stock wastage and record The training and development of new employees.Control all relevant management policies as set out by the store owner.Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and managed in the department.Ensure that you are up to date on all aspects of health and safety legislation, HACCP and consumer legislation and take relevant actions that may arise out of changes to it.Ensure that all relevant legislative records are completed and maintained.To be prepared for and assist with any regulatory inspections in the department.Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.To complete weekly stock takes in the department and achieve the department target margin.To undertake other additional duties as may be assigned by the store owner and the management team.JOB REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience essentialExcellent customer service skillsProficiency in EnglishFlexibility to work weekendsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow the store procedures
