The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Minimum of 2 years retail supervisory experience
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Understanding of employment, health & safety, HACCP, and consumer legislation
Committed to continually improving standards
Self-motivated & ambitious
Computer literate
