As a Shop Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable shopping experiences.
Please note this is part-time work, and it may involve working some afternoon/evening shifts.
Your responsibilities will include: Engaging and delighting customers with your friendly and professional approach.
Providing expert advice and assistance to ensure outstanding customer care.
Maintaining optimal stock levels to guarantee a well-stocked store.
Elevating store standards through impeccable housekeeping, creative merchandising, and exceptional service.
Adhering to cash handling procedures and legal requirements.
Minimizing waste by implementing effective stock rotation practices.
Resolving customer queries promptly, efficiently, and in line with store policies.
Embracing any additional tasks assigned by store management.
Whom are we looking for: Previous experience or willingness to take the next step and learn.
