Stores Technician

Staffline Recruitment in partnership with our client are recruiting Stores Technicians to work on our client site in Kilkenny.
( IDA Ring road ) The successful candidates will be reporting directly to the Stores Supervisor.
The shifts will be 12hrs shifts working both Night and Day Shift initially working Monday-Friday and moving to a 7 day a week pattern within the first 6 months.
Salary €38,000 to €50,000 with shift Death In Service Benefit after 1 year - 2 x annual salary Pension after 1 year 2.5% ER contribution Holiday 20 days per annum with incremental increase to max of 23 days.
1 additional day for each successful calendar year completed.
Educational Assistance Programme Sick Leave allowance to max 8 days per annum.
Family Benefit Package Role/Responsibilities Receiving goods inwards Stock/Cycle Counting Deliver the day-to-day operations of the Stores Deliver the agreed metrics to support the bench marking of site Carry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreement Other ad hoc duties Candidate Profile Operating knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP's and their applications to the Central Inventory function Systems, SAP, Ariba, Maximo etc an advantage but not essential Fully Computer Literate with good attention to detail - knowledge of MS software packages (Excel, Word) would be an advantage Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (both verbal and written) Fluency in English an essential Adaptable and Flexible Approach with a can-do attitude and an ability and willingness to learn Confident in dealing with Clients and vendors Ability to handle engineering queries from the engineers Knowledge of engineering parts an advantage Skills: Good inwards Stock count knowledge of MS software packages
