Your Role EF is searching for empathetic, energetic, and organised individuals to join our team as a Student Services Coordinator at our summer school in Dublin.
As a Student Services Coordinator, you will be the face of the EF school for both our students and our staff.
You will be responsible for welcoming our students with a smile, being approachable for their daily needs, and creating a lively and exciting atmosphere for them to enjoy.
The student services link to all departments and is the core of the production of the EF school; therefore, no day will be the same.
The role can be very rewarding as it involves working alongside all the departments as well as closely with the students.
You will develop knowledge from each department and is a great stepping-stone for future roles within the company.
Dealing with student and staff queries daily will enhance your customer service skills, communication skills, and your ability to problem-solve and react quickly to demanding tasks.
Roles run from June/July – August 2025.
Responsibilities Maintain excellent relationships with sales colleagues, giving prompt, consistent service.Support students in their daily life and enable them to achieve the best experience and highest learning possible.Provide support with processing incoming bookings, modifications, and cancellations in line with EF's Golden Rules.Participate in student intakes, including preparing welcome bags and producing student identification badges.Deal with general daily student enquiries.Provide support to the Student Services team regarding student attendance; monitoring and recording daily registers, and following up with non-attending students.Assist with student satisfaction follow-ups as required.Check and accept delivery of school supplies.Issue new staff with name badges and help maintain school noticeboards.Ensure the reception area is kept clean, tidy, and professional looking at all times.Requirements Highly motivated, energetic, and positive.Confident with IT.Enjoy working in a busy and varied service environment.Highly organised with attention to detail.Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm and positive under pressure.Flexible attitude to work and creative problem solver.All offers are subject to a clear enhanced Garda (or local) check and two references.Right to work in Ireland on commencement of employment.Why you will love working with EF Work in a truly international environment.Ambition is nurtured, and fast-tracked career enhancement opportunities are provided.Staff are encouraged to innovate, take ownership of their ideas, and bring them to fruition.Global career opportunities.Summer camp canteen.Subsidised accommodation available if necessary.-----------------------------------------------
