Company: Our client is an Irish, family-owned fresh food company established more than 30 years ago who specialise in both traded and value-add fresh food products.
They have a number of locations around Munster employing over 60 people with a turnover of approximately €50 mil.
They are a premium end of the market food business leading the way in terms of new modern facilities and GMP standards.
Opportunity: This position is central to the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of the company.
Responsibilities encompass assisting with purchase and sales order management, ensuring stock accuracy, coordinating logistics, and providing comprehensive support to customers and suppliers.
Furthermore, there's a focus on actively contributing to customer experience initiatives by creating feedback mechanisms and assisting in developing the Customer Playbook.
Additionally, overseeing marketing activities is vital for bolstering the company's visibility and attracting potential clients.
Responsibilities: * Assist in issuing Purchase Orders (POs) for reconciliation stock (ONP).
* Assist in issuing Sales Order Confirmations to Ormonde Organics.
* Handle order-related paperwork for customers and suppliers (ONP).
* Maintain stock accuracy in external stores, including monthly visits.
* Coordinate logistics within Ireland.
* Collaborate on group projects.
* Provide customer service and supplier support.
* Edit weekly orders, ensuring accuracy of sales orders and product codes.
* Measure and communicate the performance of service providers.
* Manage the rejections and complaints log.
* Provide cover for customs paperwork and Oakland production batches during absences.
* Handle administrative tasks, including booking travel and flights as needed.
Customer Experience (CX) * Assist in creating and rolling out customer feedback forms.
* Contribute to the development of the Customer Playbook.
Marketing * Monitor website analytics and customer acquisition performance.
* Manage the business's LinkedIn activity.
* Oversee the business's marketing collateral.
