Workplace Arrangement: We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Naas. We are on the lookout for a technically strong Supply Chain & Projects Manager to join the team. This role would suit someone who has experience of the full supply chain, excellent data analysis and reporting skills and is an expert on SAP.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence and provide insights, and being comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment is a must, as you bring your expertise to the fore, whilst also contributing to the overall team and its goals.
Integrated Operations (IO) in Kerry involves the key operational business functions – Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Customer Care.
Although ideally based in Naas, we would consider applications across Europe. There would be the requirement to spend 2 days per week in the office and for those based outside of Ireland, travel to Naas 1-2 times per month.

What you'll be doingAs a key member of the Foundational Technologies Central Team support the growth agenda of the various Pillars within FT through delivery of 95% OTIF (as identified) and support local & Central teams in implementation of the Demand Planning & S&OP framework.Specifically assist Senior SC manager in implementation of S&OP in the Proteins Pillar and others as required.Assist FT (Commercial, Finance & Demand Partners) to bring about a robust and sustainable Demand Planning Process.Ensure ongoing management of Business Terms and work cross-functionally to maintain the process to the highest levels.Work with various sites to drive OTIF to the 95% levels for Customer OTIF.Work with various sites to drive OTIF to 85% levels for Intercompany.Be a key enabler to structurally ensure we are driving inventory to optimized levels.As part of inventory management be a key driver of SAR / Control Towers and write-off reduction.Be a key contact for focused sites and others within FT to provide and implement needed support in areas such as Systems, Processes, Networking to provide solutions to local teams.Assist and coordinate with various stakeholders within and beyond SC to provide needed meeting decks, reports & analysis to articulate current results, challenges, and support needed.As far as possible ensure common processes, ways of working, look & feel of reports across sites and for central reporting including use of EPM as core reporting tool.What you can bring to the roleProven experience and operational record within a multi-functional Supply Chain Management/Analysis role to include demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management.Experience of working in an onsite capacity with a solid understanding of the factory floor and operations, as well as exposure to a more centralized function.Excellent SAP & System knowledge.Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in partnership with any level of stakeholder.A relevant degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).Some formal SC/Operations Studies is desirable.Food Industry manufacturing preferred but not a key requirement.What we can offerIn return we can offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package as well as the opportunity for self-growth and career development within one of the world's leading manufacturers of food and nutrition technology.
