Support Administrator Job ProfileControlled Environments Company (CEC) is a single source supplier and solutions provider to customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments.
We are currently recruiting for a Support Administrator, to work at our Kildare location.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining service level and providing support to important domestic and international customers.Responsibilities:Document and distribute weekly reports, rollups and KPIsAccurately enter data gathered by the programInterpret data and make it presentableManage several different IT systems to support the on-site programSupport Project Manager to ensure high level of customer serviceLiaise with the program manager dailyRetain flexibility to react to ever changing customer requirementsRecognise, document, and escalate project issues or trendsDeal with customer enquiries by phone, email and in personDeliver first class customer service at all timesAssist with training co-ordination for new hiresSkills and ExperienceAt least 2-3 years' experience in a similar roleExcellent communication, organisational and administration skillsStrong IT/systems experienceExperience working with Microsoft Office package such as Outlook, Word, ExcelPrevious experience using Power BI or similar package of benefitConfidence to discuss the project specifications with customerFlexible and Pro-active attitudeAbility to embrace new ideas / initiatives when they ariseAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficientlyMust possess a very high attention to detail
