Support Officers

My client, responsible for support services and based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking a customer support administrator for an immediate start to join their team.
This role will have a contract with a review for extension and will involve hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
Providing excellent levels of customer serviceLooking after customer queries logged through the ticket handling system within SLA agreementsProviding, updating, and evaluating ongoing processes and proceduresReviewing and analyzing information from our clients' customersProviding and completing reportsProcessing application formsProviding general financial information such as payment updatesResponding to queries by both phone and emailOther ad hoc general administration and customer service tasksThe successful candidate will be required to have:
At least one year of experience within Customer Service or Call CentreAt least one year of experience within administration or financeProficiency in MS OfficeKnowledge of SharePoint
