Systems Accountant (Netsuite)

We are seeking an experienced Systems Accountant (Netsuite) for a key role in a city centre based company.
This role focuses on enhancing financial operations, streamlining processes, and leveraging technology to support our rapidly expanding, international business.
Reporting to the finance lead, this is a hands-on role suited for a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of Netsuite.
The role will initially be offered on a 6-month contract basis with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities Manage and implement projects aimed at improving financial and operational processes.
Act as the main liaison with Netsuite support teams and external partners, collaborating closely with the finance manager to optimize system functionality.
Oversee monthly invoicing, addressing indirect tax considerations, supporting new product features, and handling customer account reconciliations.
Ensure efficient transaction processing, supplier reconciliation, and disbursements for monthly purchasing cycles.
Facilitate a streamlined onboarding process.
Drive system and process automation to support efficient, scalable growth across global markets.
Develop seamless connections between our internal systems and external transaction platforms to support strategic goals.
Ensure systems and processes can easily adapt to changes in business structure and commercial demands.
Experience: ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with strong technical skills.
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Netsuite (essential) and exposure to system integrations.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
