We are recruiting for a Systems Analyst – Finance & Commercial to be at the centre of this significant SAP S/4 programme. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way of working globally for many years to come.
Accountabilities:As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for several applications impacted by the S/4 transformation programme. You will manage the process of collecting and maintaining relevant data, collaborate with the S/4 solution design team, and coordinate with non-SAP application teams to complete an impact assessment process. You will also monitor and manage the delivery of changes to a large number of Integrated applications. Furthermore, you will collaborate with a wide range of partners and provide input to continuous improvements of not just the technical solution but also the approach and ways of working in supporting the Non-SAP workstream in S/4 programme.
Essential Skills/Experience:Proven skills to plan, run and document a full end to end systems high & detailed impact assessment.Solid skills running & delivering change.Professional experience as a Business Analyst preferred.Professional experience providing end-user support to applications within Finance & Commercial Functional areas.Experience working with Finance & Commercial applications.Experience in work with multi-functional teams to deliver technology related business change projects/programmes.Experience of successfully using business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change.Experience of working with sophisticated integrated systems, using creative and critical thinking to deliver outstanding results.Engagement, communication, and collaborator management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills.Experience of virtual teamwork to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions.Experience of working with third party suppliers/vendors.Education: Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent).
Desirable Skills/Experience:Formal certification in business analysis practice preferred.SAP, PowerBI & SharePoint knowledge.LEAN expertise/certification.+3 years of experience in AZ application landscape for Finance & Commercial applications.Experience designing and creating automatic dashboards, tools to keep an up to date inventory list of the applications.
