Job Description As part of pour Global expansion Montu is establishing a tech hub / innovation lab in Dublin to ensure 24/7 support to the business and for our patients.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who is specialised in tech recruitment who can work autonomously and knows how to "get shit done".You will   collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand staffing requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and attract top tech talent across various roles.
Key responsibilities: Partnering with the Hiring Manager and People Partner to understand current talent requirements.
Develop and own sourcing strategies aligned with departmental plans and organisational goals.
Utilise various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to, social media, job boards, professional networks, job fairs, industry events and bodies and direct sourcing, to identify and engage passive and active talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including conducting job briefs, posting job openings, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, facilitating candidate and hiring manager feedback, extending job offers and assisting with onboarding of new hires.
Act as the first point of contact for all active candidates, clearly defining the Montu culture, values and EVP, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before progressing through the recruitment process.
Qualify candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilising a behavioral-based approach and screening criteria.   Provide detailed assessments and recommendations to Hiring Managers.
Assist with the development of Montu's EVP and implementation of candidate initiatives  Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, manage candidate pipelines, and generate recruitment reports.
Track and analyse recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, sharing insights and recommendations with the team to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Other duties as assigned.  Qualifications Qualifications, Skills and Experience 5 + years of demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process Experience gained within a fast-growth or start-up environment is essential  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience in managing multiple assignments, across a range of disciplines and levels Proven IT conceptual ability – able to use applicant tracking systems to support the recruitment process and identify, refine and automate processes via technology wherever possible Demonstrable capability to effectively manage a high-quality candidate experience Proven commercial focus and ability to understand the impact of recruitment issues on the Montu business Additional Information You'll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
