We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist fluent in German to join our talent-driven team.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for positions in German-speaking markets Implement various strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates Actively search for both active and passive candidates Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles in German-speaking regions to meet future recruitment needs Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to align on staffing needs Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person), evaluating candidates for cultural fit, technical expertise, and career aspirations Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience Support the company's employer branding efforts Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities Provide recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies Regularly update management on recruitment progress, KPIs, and any challenges, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) are essential, with proficiency in English for internal communication Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, particularly focused on the German-speaking market Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and headhunting Skilled in conducting interviews and assessments, with a focus on evaluating both technical and cultural suitability Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, providing insights on recruitment best practices and market trends Strong organizational skills to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines Flexibility and a positive attitude in adapting to shifting business priorities Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools Understanding of cultural nuances and employment laws relevant to the German market.
