Day to Day Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the German-speaking markets.Identify, attract, and engage top talent using various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events. Conduct proactive searches for both active and passive candidates.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles in the German-speaking regions to meet the future hiring needs of the business.Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates.
