Role: Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: CorkMSL is looking for a passionate, detail orientated, resourceful individual with 2+ years' experience in recruiting (Construction industry desirable).This is a full-time permanent position.Roles and responsibilities:Partnering with Hiring managers within the business in recruiting personnel for positions across all disciplinesSourcing potential employees via your professional network, social media, in-house database and partnering with external recruitment partners where necessary.Ensuring vacancies are promoted effectively, responsible for advertising, marketing, and identifying means of reaching multiple pools of diverse talent locally, nationally, and internationally.Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process from initial telephone screening, interview stage, offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding process.Offering advice and insights to stakeholders within your business unit, for them to make data driven decisions.Creating and distributing reports and updates to managers and directors on recruitment statistics and progress reporting.As well as closing out live requirements, you will be responsible for building a suitable pipeline of talent to match needs of the companyWorking closely with the HR Director and Senior Payroll SpecialistSharing jobs on LinkedIn and other Jobs boards Experience & Skills Required:At least 2 years' experience working in recruitmentExcellent knowledge of the construction industry, with a strong focus on the Mechanical Industry is desirableStrong marketing skills for sharing jobs on all platformsStrong administrative skills, updating reports and trackers regularly so that information is readily availableExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong negotiating skillsAbility to build and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels of the organisationProficient in MS Office suite, in particular MS Outlook, Teams and ExcelProficient user of LinkedIn Recruiter Due to the urgency of this role, we cannot consider candidates that do not have the appropriate work permits in place.
