PFH Technology Group are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal hiring team and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. Cork, T45 HK71 Hybrid: 1 to 2 days in the office Full flexibility required Responsibilities Responsible for the Full end to end hiring for large volume within IT, Warehouse and Administration departmentsthat include permanent and contract hires Identifying, attracting, and assist in the on-boarding of top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs Responsible for sourcing candidates, through various channels using our Applicant Tracking System, Online Souring and referrals. Pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews and selecting high quality candidates Guide and Support Hiring Managers in the recruitment process Manage fluid hiring timelines and volumes Develop relationships with all relevant hiring managers and clients to identify current needs and any potential future needs across all business units Souring candidates, creating candidate profile and providing feedback in Public Sector Tender recruitment process Partner with potential candidates for detailed information required for Tender submissions Maintain and monitor database of Tender candidate responses Ensure superior candidate experience in a very busy work environment Responsible for upkeep and posting of the internal job list each month Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the talent acquisition process, policies and strategy Provide timely reporting of key metrics Relevant Experience 2-3years prior recruitment experience, ideally with an IT leaning, either with a recruitment agency or in-house.
