My client is a global healthcare leader focused on breakthrough science to enhance health outcomes. They are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their commercial/corporate recruiting team in their office located in Cherrywood, Dublin. This is initially a 3 month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team thereafter. Role Overview: In this position, you will collaborate closely with Business HR to support recruitment efforts for specific departments, particularly in Finance and IT. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from intake sessions to offer negotiations and hiring, utilising the client's ATS, Workday. Key Responsibilities: Develop a comprehensive understanding of each division's business objectives and priorities.Consult with hiring managers and Business HR to clarify skill requirements and experience needed for each role.Collaborate with hiring managers to create an effective recruitment strategy for each vacancy, managing expectations throughout the process.Identify and execute appropriate sourcing strategies to attract suitable candidates.Source, screen, and manage candidates through the hiring process, ensuring excellent communication and timely feedback.Implement a structured, best-practice competency-based interview process.Conduct salary negotiations and manage the offer process in coordination with Business HR.Execute the contract request process diligently, including conducting reference checks.Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Workday) and relevant CRM (Phenom) systems.Proactively seek support to resolve issues as they arise.Advocate for a best-in-class recruitment service, supporting TA goals and participating in ad hoc projects as needed.Qualifications: University degree.Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment within corporate functions, with a focus on direct sourcing.Strong assessment skills to evaluate candidates' business capabilities, technical backgrounds, and key competencies, particularly for senior positions.Professional, accountable, and a collaborative team player.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, including senior leadership and HR.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.What's on offer: Generous salary c.€53-55k DOE25 days AL3 month temporary contract with opportunity to be made permanent thereafterThis is an excellent opportunity for a talented corporate recruiter to join a high-performing, supportive team within a global organization, contributing to the recruitment of top talent that drives life-changing technology.
