My Client, a growing retail company based in North County Dublin, is hiring for an Accounts Assistant.
You'll play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of this dynamic organisation.
Your duties will include: Processing invoices and expenses Processing supplier and creditor payments Reconciling creditor statements Reconciling bank accounts Posting bank account transactions to MS Business Central Monitoring sales and lodgements Liaising with suppliers and internal staff regarding general finance queries Providing cover for other members of the finance team Other ad hoc duties as required The Ideal Candidate: 2+ years' experience in a similar Accounts Admin role Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with MS Business Central is an advantage Ability to take ownership of designated responsibilities Highly organised and efficient Whats in it for you?
