Maintenance Technician Location: Monaghan Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 About the Position We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a leading company in Monaghan.

What Youll Do Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults across production lines Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance equipment performance and reliability Support continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes and reducing waste Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with company procedures What Were Looking For Qualified Maintenance Technician with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; PLC experience is an advantage Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Why This Role?
