Employee Experience | Customer Experience | Digital Transformation Description This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional to be part of Cpl's ESG as a Talent Delivery Team lead aligned with one of Cpl's premium client accounts in the Financial Services industry. This role reports to The Talent Delivery Manager in leading the campaigns and workflow for delivery with the Client. This role will be fully accountable for allocation of roles across the team, reporting & analytics while taking on delivery of allocated roles as well. The position will also be supporting the Talent Delivery Manager on the coaching and development of junior members in the team, in line with the ESG career paths.
While this is a predominantly Volume Contingent Recruitment programme with delivery for Contingency Delivery (limited company contractor and temporary workforce), there will also be Perm Recruitment as well as the chance to work on some "Value add campaigns" for this fantastic client.
While focused on one client, this is a cross-functional role within the ESG with the opportunity to build relationships across the wider Cpl Group. Specifically, as Team Lead, your role is to oversee that the delivery flows through to Onboarding, Payroll, and Finance as well as the wider Cpl Teams feeding into the account.
Engagement with the client will include the Line Managers, TA Team, Procurement, and Finance across multiple business units and with other third-party vendors.

Job Responsibilities With the Service Delivery Partner, ensure the end-to-end Recruitment Delivery process meets & exceeds the standards expected.Oversee the Allocation of roles within the team and the corresponding MI to ensure delivery of Volume Contingent Campaigns as requested by the client.Have a deep understanding of our client employee value proposition (EVP) and support the go-to-market narrative to attract talent.Reporting to the Talent Delivery Partner, take ownership of the MI & Data that underpins a fantastic delivery.Ensure effective use of all Marketing channels and work collaboratively with the Cpl Group Marketing team to drive talent attraction strategies for each campaign.Work with all Cpl teams to ensure a consistent engaged Candidate & Client journey.Be motivated to exceed expectations & build professional relationships with the Client's line Managers and wider Client Stakeholders.Be the escalation point for wider Recruitment & Delivery queries via direct mails & the Cpl ESG client helpdesk.Support and learn from a brilliant Delivery Partner with the Development & Training of the Recruitment Delivery Team.Sourcing candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for ESG hires.Skills and Experience (Qualifications) Essential Be really passionate about what you do & servicing Clients.3+ years' experience as a Senior Recruiter with experience delivering high volume projects and services.Full driving License to cover client sites nationwide.Ability to work in an autonomous, innovative, creative, solution-focused environment with a flair for problem-solving.Strong database use and management, including reporting skills (Excel, Power BI), demonstrating ability to understand what the data is telling you.Strong Sourcing Skills and use of varying platforms for Sourcing - across multiple skill sets.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.Strong organisational, Diary management and reporting skills.Ability to prioritize work from multiple stakeholders in a high volume, dynamic environment.Proficiency in MS Office Products, particularly, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
