As Talent & Development Administrator, you will support with a wide range of activities across the Talent Team as it relates to planning, managing, and delivering aspects of key talent & people & culture projects and services. You will also support the Head of Talent with proactive administration support, overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:Operations Oversight and Coordination: As the overseer of daily functional Training and Development (T&D) operations, you'll organise critical events like the Welcome Event and Network Breakfast. Your role involves coordinating complex schedules, ensuring best practices, and maintaining the flow of information.Project Management Support: You'll collaborate with the wider talent team and external stakeholders, assisting with queries and resource coordination. Additionally, you'll support project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery against project plans.Data Analysis and Reporting: Evaluating data sets, you'll prepare insightful reports to guide team decision-making. Monitoring project impact and effectiveness will be essential for consistent delivery and commercial benefit.Subject Matter Expertise: As a subject matter expert in people and culture talent projects, you'll research key topics, keeping Primark at the forefront of talent research.Administrative Skills: Your role extends to administrative duties, including meeting preparation, liaison with stakeholders, travel arrangements, and document compilation for presentations. What You'll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:We are seeking an experienced candidate who has provided executive administrator/executive assistant support for at least 2 years.Ideally, this experience was gained in a large-scale organization or a smaller office where the individual was the go-to person in a busy environment.Previous exposure to Human Resources functions is advantageous, but a genuine interest in the area is also valued.The qualified candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, stay organized, and handle confidential information discreetly.Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with effective planning, organization, and attention to detail.The ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.Personal attributes such as a positive attitude, creative approach, and integrity round out the ideal profile for this role.
