We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Talent Programs team. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Intersectionality, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality training materials and sessions to enhance the capabilities of our talent development offering. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging educational technologies to create impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with stakeholders and SMEs to identify training needs and objectives, ensuring the training material is aligned with business goals and strategies.Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training materials and courses tailored for specific teams, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training sessions, and multimedia content.Facilitate live training and onboarding sessions, workshops, and webinars, demonstrating a high level of comfort and effectiveness in presenting and engaging with the audience.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement, and updating materials as needed to reflect changes in products, processes, or department strategies.Required Experience/Skills: High level of English proficiency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.2 - 5 years of Instructional Design, Training Delivery and Learning Consultation experience.Demonstrated proficiency in using instructional design tools and software, including eLearning authoring tools (Rise360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), video editing software (Camtasia) and LMS/LXP platforms.Strong portfolio showcasing video and multimedia creation, including the ability to storyboard, script, create, and edit video content.Demonstrated experience in facilitating live training sessions, both in-person and virtually, with a proven ability to engage and motivate learners.Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.What Diligent Offers You: Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
