Tax Analyst

About the Role: In this role, you will work as a Tax Analyst within the broader finance team.
Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will play a crucial role in supporting various finance teams globally by providing expertise on a range of tax issues in multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities: Offer support and guidance to local finance teams to ensure they meet their tax compliance requirements.Collaborate with external tax advisors to prepare and file the company's corporate tax returns in a timely manner.Engage with tax advisors on various tax matters as they arise.Stay updated on changes in tax laws that may impact the business.Assist with Group projects, including potential M&A activities and tax reviews.Manage tax audits and queries from tax authorities when necessary.Contribute to the maintenance of Group and local entity transfer pricing policies and procedures.Build strong working relationships within the company.Qualifications and Skills: Holds a professional accounting and tax qualification.1-2 years post-qualification tax experience.Strong accounting, analytical, and tax technical skills.Experience with both direct and indirect taxes is highly desirable.Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of business operations.Self-motivated and results oriented.Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritise tasks effectively.
