Tech Lead - Financial Services

Cpl Recruitment are partnering with a financial services client to hire a Tech Lead to join their team.
In this role, you will build cutting-edge applications for the financial services sector.
They are looking for skilled engineers who thrive in an agile environment and are eager to contribute across all aspects of development.
Responsibilities: Develop front-end components using React.js.Build and test server-side applications with Java, Hibernate, and Spring.Work with relational and NoSQL databases.Integrate RESTful/SOAP APIs and analytics tools like PowerBI.Design and implement unit, integration, and automation tests.Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Mentor team members and drive technical solutions.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years as a lead.5+ years in Java, Python, Node.js, and React.js.Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS is a plus).Solid knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks (HTML5, ES6, CSS3).Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Financial services experience is a bonus.Minimum stamp 4 Visa and live within a commutable distance to Dublin City Centre.What's on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and continuous learning.A supportive and innovative working environment.
