As a Technical Market Manager M/F/D you will report to Head of Sales based in Dublin for a Permanent contract.
What you will do? Provide telephone and on-site technical support to customers and sales staff, ensuring professional assistance with product queries and issues. Assist in the creation of consumer unit designs and maintain related technical files to support both customers and internal sales teams. Ensure compliance of all products with the latest electrical standards, staying informed about regulatory updates and product innovations. Develop and deliver training programs to improve technical knowledge and skills for customers and sales teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Collaborate with marketing on market research, proofread catalogues, and help align product launches with the needs of the Irish market. What about you? You have a solid understanding of electrical standards and regulations, with a commitment to keeping up-to-date on industry changes. Ideally you have an electrical trade qualification, engineering degree, or similar. You have experience in providing technical support, offering clear and professional guidance to customers and colleagues. You are skilled in creating and delivering training programs, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly. You are an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales and marketing. You have a proactive approach to learning and development, along with strong organizational skills to manage technical documentation and training materials. What we offer?
