The Technical Support function at Tenable is critical to our success as a company. Tech Support Engineers and other customer facing team members ensure that our clients get the most from our products. They build up real-world troubleshooting skills and customer service savvy that enables them to move into more senior roles in Professional Services, Sales, Research or Engineering.
Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients.Assist customers in configuring and supporting complex software in Windows and Linux environments.Develop real-world troubleshooting skills and customer service expertise.Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.Minimum Requirements: Prior help desk or systems administration experience.Baseline knowledge in Networking.Ability to configure and support complex software.Technical Support professionals are typically hired in our Maryland USA HQ location, in Dublin, Ireland, and in Singapore.
