You will join the EY's Salesforce team within Technology Consulting, working closely with technology-focused professionals who deliver change, sharing modern engineering enablement and smart automation to optimize delivery and speed to outcome.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who excels in translating business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. As a Functional Analyst specializing in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, you will guide our clients through the implementation and optimization of Salesforce.
Your key responsibilities Partner with clients to gauge their business objectives, processes, and pain points, translating them into comprehensive functional requirements.Conduct workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.Perform in-depth analysis of existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization within Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions, including sales automation, lead management, opportunity management, case management, and service console customization.Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.Configure Salesforce features and functionalities, leveraging declarative tools such as Process Builder and Flow Builder.Stay informed about the latest Salesforce product releases and proactively share knowledge with internal teams and clients.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering recommendations on maximizing the value of Salesforce.Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have: Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.4+ years of experience in functional analysis and solution design, focusing on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.Strong understanding of sales and customer service processes.Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects and workflows.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator are highly desirable.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What working at EY offers
