Here we bring together talented and creative people working towards the same goal - innovating for a smarter, safer world!WHAT WILL YOU DO?The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is accountable for sales revenue in line with targets in the assigned area.
This person is a part of the development and implementation of the sub-regional strategy, providing market input from the area.
The TSM will fine tune the targets and KPIs for the sales team in co-operation with the sales manager throughout the planning cycle.
This person will hire, lead and support the sales team in the territory to ensure that all sales efforts are aligned.
The TSM will also work closely with the other functions that support the sales cycle, such as marketing, distribution, and sales engineering and to ensure a strong team-collaboration within the assigned area.
Finally, this person is a true brand ambassador for the business to the market and a champion of our company culture!Apart from above mentioned tasks, the responsibilities of the role include: Strategy & planningEstablish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (distributors, system integrators, end customers and technology partners)Interact with clients indirectly through team, or directly if capacity allowsManage project pipeline and handle project pricing within set guidelinesProvide monthly input and forecast, including performances and other initiativesMonitor processes that are in place to improve efficiency of the assigned areaParticipate in trade shows and exhibitions and drive follow up activities to get maximum return of salesBuilding & leading the team Coach, hire and lead a team made up of KAMs, AMs & ISAMsResponsible for performance management for the direct reports, identifying areas of development and learning for individualsSets team goals/SMART KPIs and monitor individual contribution (performance) to the goalsTake decisions in complex sales situations and address conflicts and underperformance in line with our core valuesShares ideas and best practice within the team and the organization The role is part of an international organization and travel within the region and to Axis' HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part of the job.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We would love to hear from you if you have/are:Degree in Business Administration or revelant field5+ years of sales and management experience in B2BProven track record of hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue expectations.Understand the marketing landscape, account and strategic planning and complex sales negotiationHighly motivated, proactive and ready to challenge the status quoAbility to drive change in a strucutured and effective way High integrity and self-awareness, able to professionally handle conflicts with customers or colleaguesAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentGood organizational and follow-through skillsSalesforce knowledge is a plus.
