The Panel Group | Exclusive - Investment Analyst - Global Fund Manager

The Panel is exclusively engaged to source an Investment Analyst on behalf of a reputable Global Fund Manager in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis Reporting to the Head of Investment, Ireland you will work with the HoI and the group investment teams to enable enhanced oversight of the investment function focusing significantly on quantitative methods.
The role will also require the candidate to assist with other projects or initiatives across the Investment Office, Responsibility Office and the Irish office in general.
Responsibilities Assist the Head of Investments to embed the entities investment management processes and policies in light of regulatory requirements and business developments.
Assist in analysing performance trends and portfolio construction across products using quantitative approaches such as statistical analysis.
Provide a quantitative analysis of markets and asset classes.
Analyse the approach of the different investment strategies towards their ESG goals.
Maintain dashboards used by the investment team to complete investment oversight function.
The ability to update the relevant dashboards which will require an excellent grasp of Power BI.
Enhance and develop the collection and use of data which will benefit the efficiency of the investment team.
Produce reports and management information for HoI Ireland to fulfil investment oversight and reporting requirements and supporting daily tasks including assisting with data analysis.
Gather data from all the fund/separately managed accounts/sub-advised accounts to produce quarterly board reports.
Organise, take part and keep minutes of monthly meetings with portfolio managers of the different strategies and managing meeting follow-ups..
