Therapy Assistant 0.5WTE (18.5 hours) Temporary Specified Purpose (approx.
24 months) H.S.E.
funded Based in Blackrock Hospice The post holder will work under the direction and guidance of Chartered Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to support the provision of therapy services.
Under supervision, s/he will carry out a flexible range of direct work with patients, and preparatory, cleaning and administrative duties as required.

Essential Requirements FETAC Level 5 Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant course or equivalent or working toward same Willingness to undertake further in-house training Relevant experience in a healthcare setting Proficient in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel Informal enquiries for this post are most welcome.
