Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards & Data Analytics Specialist to join our People team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting People data to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance. A strong background in compensation and benefits analysis, with a demonstrated ability to manage and optimize total rewards programs is a plus.

Responsibilities:Evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs through data analysis and reporting.Analyse market trends and benchmark data to make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits programs.Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary surveys, budgets, and performance-related pay.Support the Head of Reward with job evaluation and preparation to ensure compliance with EU Pay transparency.Collect and organize People data from various sources, such as HRIS, payroll systems, surveys, and other internal databases.Analyse trends and patterns within HR data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and organizational effectiveness.Develop and maintain HR metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to assess People performance and provide insights to key stakeholders.Collaborate with our Strategic People Partners, People Experience, and Finance teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for People initiatives.Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting to address specific People-related questions or challenges.Collaborate with People team members to ensure effective communication and implementation of total rewards programs.Support the Head of Reward with salary structure development, base pay administration, and commission plan design.Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, data analytics, or related fields.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on People-related analytics.Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.Familiarity with People-related technologies and systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, or Workday) is a plus.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.At CarTrawler, we go beyond providing job opportunities.
