My client, a leading property management company dedicated to providing top-tier maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial properties, is seeking a skilled and experiencedMaintenance Plumber to join their Dublin team Position Overview: As the Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for providing plumbing services across a range of residential and commercial properties.
This role involves completing routine and emergency plumbing tasks while ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
The role involves providing high-quality plumbing services to residential and commercial properties, with a schedule of Monday to Friday and occasional on-call duties over weekends.
The position offers a competitive salary of €52,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role.

Requirements A valid RGI certification.
A full, clean driving licence.
Up-to-date Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities Carrying out routine and emergency plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently.
Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Keeping detailed records of completed tasks and materials used.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participating in the on-call rota for weekend duties as required.
Representing the company in a professional manner when interacting with clients and tenants.
