Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Training Manager to join Europe's Largest Airline Group!
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.
The Role: Ensuring the compliance of all approved training and examination with the requirements of the MTOE, PART-147 and Part-145, including corrective action of negative findings from the independent audit system.
Ensuring all nominated staff are fully trained and assessed regularly for competence and that all records pertaining to these personnel are kept up to date.
Staff development and updating of training is undertaken and recorded.
Developing and maintaining training programs to meet the requirements of Ryanair Engineering operations.
Management of the Training organisation and ensuring mandatory training records are centrally stored and maintained.
Ensuring all required Training demand is captured and developed in conjunction with responsible managers across the Engineering Organisation and is subsequently planned and delivered within agreed time scales.
Ensure that all approved courses and examinations are delivered to the standard and content at the required level of knowledge, as specified within the applicable regulation.
Ensuring sufficient qualified staff and adequate facilities, equipment and materials are available to perform the range of training, examinations and assessments required by the Engineering Organisation.
Knowledge examiners, instructors and assessors are fully trained and assessed regularly for competence and that all records pertaining to these personnel are kept up to date.
Staff development and update training is undertaken and recorded.
Responsible for issuing weekly competency assessment and mandatory training expiry reports to responsible Area Managers/Department Heads and the Director of Engineering.
Requirements Ideally have held a position of Form 4 holder for P147 school.
Relevant engineering or aviation training background and/or relevant degree.
In-depth knowledge of EASA P147 Regulations Experience managing a team in a fast paced environment.
