They are currently seeking a Transfer Agency Assistant Manager – Private Equity & Hedge to join their growing team in the IFSC. Your Role: Oversee the administration of services aligned with agreements for a portfolio of private equity and real estate funds.Lead and develop a team comprising supervisors, senior, and junior administrators.Act as the primary contact for clients within your portfolio.Maintain shareholder registers and act as a transfer agent.Manage processes such as subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and transfers.Handle communications with investors.Process payments and other transactions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.Meet the expectations of fund participants by adhering to deadlines and compliance standards.Maintain and update all records and data for the Investor Relations Group, ensuring efficient and comprehensive file management.Update investor records using transfer agency systems and perform database reviews periodically.Assist auditors and other fund participants or advisers as required.About You: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.Over six years of experience in an investor relations environment, preferably within private equity or hedge funds.A strong interest in financial markets and the alternative investment sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective professional relationships.If you are interested in making this position yours, please contact Louise Delaney, or click apply below.
