Transfer Agency Senior Analyst

Our client is an industry-leading financial services company and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Transfer Agency Senior Analyst to join their Registration Team in Limerick. This position is on an initial 11-month contract with the possibility of extension. The Transfer Agency department provides third-party administration services to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder services including dealing, registration, finance and investor services.
This is a hybrid role – 3 days in office, 2 from home. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily processing tasks, including quality checks and assurance.Act as the escalation point for unresolved issues to the India Transfer Agency team.Day to day client reporting - prediction reports, cash reports, register reports etc.Manage and analyse workflow queues.Meet monthly KPIs.Maintain up to date procedures and checklists.Completion of data protection checks and ensuring all external communication is issued in line with TA policies.Maintain a close working relationship with other TA functional areas.Respond to client and investor queries in a timely manner.Comply with regulations and internal policies.Requirements: Previous Transfer Agency/Client Servicing experience is highly desirable.Prior financial services experience.Previous client facing experience is preferable.Effective risk management.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Megan O'Doherty ****** 021-4911066
