We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team!
The Transfer Pricing Specialist will keep our transfer pricing documentation up-to-date for all Group companies worldwide and work closely with external partners to prepare transfer pricing reports, benchmarks, and other deliverables
Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week. What will I be doing? Collect, check and analyse qualitative and quantitative data on intercompany transactions. Prepare and/or update benchmarking studies to support the arm's length nature of intercompany transactions. Prepare and/or update Transfer Pricing Documentation for Group companies globally. Prepare analyses of key industry trends in various jurisdictions. Liaise with external service providers and supervise the preparation of transfer pricing reports, benchmarks and ad hoc deliverables, including review and edit of these deliverables. Assist with tax audits in multiple jurisdictions and draft responses to queries from tax authorities. Review and monitor intercompany contracts. Monitor internal compliance with Group transfer pricing policies and ensure that all intercompany transactions are undertaken in line with the arm's length principle. Monitor ongoing developments from the OECD's BEPS action plan and assess the impact on the Group from these changes. Actively contribute to the design and implementation of new transfer pricing projects. Collaborate with other staff from the Tax/Financial Control function in developing joint outputs. Contribute to the Group's seminars, conferences and workshops. Establish and maintain professional contacts with key internal and external contacts. What do I need to be successful? In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a similar role and environment.
University degree in accounting, economics, taxation or a related field. Relevant experience in a similar role. Relevant professional experience in a Big 4 or multinational environment. Experience in research and analytical activities, excellent drafting skills, ability to organise and summarise complex material clearly. Proven ability to organise and lead projects within strict deadlines and budget with a minimum level of supervision. Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
