Transport Office Administrator (Part Time)NPP are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join our Transport Team. Reporting to the Transport Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring goods and materials are in the right locations and for monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy.
The successful candidate will be a focused and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently.
The role is a permanent one, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 12.30pm, a 15-hour week. Given the nature of the work, this role is fully office based.
Role and Responsibilities Obtain updates and prioritise orders with suppliers as required.Organise and process collections of orders ready.Look after logistics collections with couriers.Liaise with the sales department to support customer's requirements, i.e., booking in delivery.Ensure a smooth environment with the warehouse and drivers.Provide administrative support to the Logistics Manager as needed.Skills & Requirements Previous experience in admin/customer service role.Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.Excellent analytical skills with accurate attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Team player.Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Knowledge of SAP Business One is desirable.For further details or to apply for this position please email: ******
