Transport Shift Manager

Excel Recruitment is looking for a Transport Shift Manager, who will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the warehouse and logistics of a prominent Kildare based company.
Must have minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
What success looks like: Understanding in practice of Transport legislation, working time directing and Tachograph law.
Previous management experience within a multi-temperature environment.
Able to demonstrate clear ability to direct and develop teams/individuals to reach tight deadlines and KPIs.
Ability to problem solve using initiative with a strategic and pragmatic approach.
