Responsibilities: Manage travel coordination for employees including flights, accommodation, general transportSupport on event planningManaging variety of systems and liaising with vendorsSupport on diary and inbox for senior executivesAdministration and adhoc dutiesRequirements: Previous experience within a similar role, covering travel arrangement and personal assistant based tasks, preferably within the financial services industryAny previous front of house exposure would be hugely beneficialKeen communication and organisation skills, with a customer service focusThis role is managed by Walters People entity which is a temporary recruitment agency.
