Perform Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a Tyre Fitter to join our client's team at a well-established and reputable company.
While experience in tyre fitting is an advantage, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will work as part of our roadside breakdown assist service and support tyre fitting operations at our retail garage.
Key Responsibilities: Perform tyre fitting and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, SUVs, agricultural vehicles, and trucks Diagnose tyre-related issues and carry out inspections to ensure accurate assessments Provide roadside breakdown assistance and off-site tyre fitting services Manage depot operations in the absence of the manager for designated days, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency Ensure the safe and efficient installation of tyres in compliance with industry standards Support retail floor operations when required Requirements: Valid B category driving license is essential Manual Handling Certificate is advantageous (can be arranged by the company if needed) Proven experience as a Tyre Fitter is preferred but not mandatory, as full training will be provided Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong customer service skills Flexibility to work 40-45 hours per week Benefits: Competitive starting rate of 15 euros per hour, with weekly bonus payments and potential for salary increase based on experience Full training provided to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills for success Opportunities for career progression within a well-established company Supportive work environment with professional growth opportunities Potential accommodation provided by the company to ease relocation concerns If you are a dedicated individual with a valid B driving license, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
