Unitrunk Ltd is a leading manufacturer of steel cable management systems with distribution centres throughout the UK and Ireland. We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Dublin team. Location: Dublin
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000, DOE
Hours of Work: Mon to Thu 08:00 to 17:00, Fri 08:00 to 13:00 (39 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Full time, Office based.
Customer Service Representative – The Role Working as part of a busy customer service team, you will be required to provide excellent customer service to all customers, including:
Receiving & placing customer orders Handling customer complaints coordination & resolution Processing returns in line with company policy Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers Liaising with customers to ensure excellent customer service Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction Updating schedules Progress chasing Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Operations Manager Customer Service Representative – The Candidate The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated and driven.
