As a member of the SWARCO Ireland Senior Management Team (SMT), you will work with other SMT members to deliver the Company's objectives and maximise the financial performance through a fair and ethical approach, putting the best interests of SWARCO and its people at the heart of what you do, fully in line with the SWARCO Values.Key responsibilitiesLead teams delivering key SWARCO contracts to customers in a profitable mannerEnsure that all works, and operations meet company, statutory and contractual requirements from start to completionResource Management: proactively manage capacity planning for urban serviceBe able to problem solve and identify mitigating actions for any issues in capacity short and long termControl projects and contracts to ensure the best interests of the company are maintained, financial and reputationDeliver Customer satisfaction through deliveryEnsure Urban operational teams work collaboratively with all other Business Unit departmentsIdentify opportunities for growth and communicate these internallyAlways ensure that your staff adhere to the current Legislation, Policies and Guidelines with regards to QHSSE,Your ProfileEssential Technical graduate or equivalent 3rd level qualifications in engineering or business Solid experience of running a busy installation & maintenance businessAn appropriate level of experience of financial management.
