This is an interesting role for someone experienced in UX & UI Design, passionate about creating and improving customer journeys to drive superior CX scores.
Team Background:This role sits within our Irish Life Health Customer Experience team, reporting to our Senior Customer Experience Manager and working closely with our UX Design Team. The Customer Experience team is responsible for overall Customer Experience, our Communications Strategy, and our customer journey user experience.
What you will help us to achieve:As the UX/UI Designer, this role will involve:
Being the UX/UI Lead on key customer projects within the Health business.Working with the Customer Experience team to support the overall achievement of Customer metrics on Satisfaction, Ease, and NPS.Researching and designing digital customer journeys for Irish Life Health (UX Design and Research; strong research skills are required).Researching, designing, and implementing attractive designs to improve digital experiences across Irish Life Health.Collaborating with business areas and IT developers to ensure visual elements are built to designed specifications.Communicating design ideas and prototypes to business owners and developers.Working collaboratively with the Group Digital Team.Learning and developing new skills as they emerge.Increasing the knowledge of UX Design and Research within the team and wider business.What you will need to be successful in the role:You should also: Quickly develop an understanding of the ILFS business and the IT systems supporting business needs.Have good interpersonal skills & ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.Be capable of multitasking effectively, working well under pressure & meeting tight and changing deadlines.Understand and manage the sensitivities of different stakeholders at various levels, presenting viable solutions and obtaining buy-in.Work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.About us: Irish Life is one of Ireland's largest financial institutions with a presence across various financial services markets and over 1.5 million customers.
