Are you looking for your next big move?
We are looking for an Order Processor to join our Galway sales office.
In this role you will be supporting our Residential sales team and our Business-to-Business Sales team.
Your duties will include processing sales, general administration tasks and meeting required targets.
This role will give you the opportunity to help Vodafone bring people together around great technology.

    Responsibilities: Monitoring sales and placing on internal systems.
Following compliance and quality control procedures to ensure contracts are valid.
Testing availability of broadband services and placing the required necessary packages when applicable Creating customer accounts on system for both our Residential and BDE customers; Placing both new orders and upgrading existing customer accounts.
Collaborating with the processing team and your direct Manager to meet daily and overall monthly targets.
Handling queries via email and phone from our sales representatives and customers.
Data Inputting and reporting through updating weekly reports shared to department Managers.
Monitoring sales placed on hold and follow up with reps to resolve.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or data entry role (Preferred) Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to find solutions independently.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A positive and professional demeanour with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
