Volunteer Engagement Coordinator

As part of Saint John of God Community Services, SJOG Dublin South East provides a network of education, training, employment, respite and community living supports to children and adults with intellectual disabilities in South Dublin.
  Volunteer Engagement Coordinator (Senior instructor Salary Scale) Permanent Part-time Position 19.5 hours     The Volunteer Engagement Coordinator will work closely with management to recruit, support and manage volunteers who will support person-centred opportunities for adults with an Intellectual disability in their local communities.
  The successful candidate must have:         A minimum Level 7 QQI or equivalent in a relevant area e.g.
HR / Management / Teaching/ Disability Studies etc.
        2 Years experience in a supervisory / management role         Experience and proficiency in using digital media and skills in creating content across various social media platforms         Excellent interpersonal, organisational and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, spreadsheets, report writing and presentation skills         A strong commitment to person-centred planning for people with disabilities using human rights-based approaches.
