Your New Company As a Registered Architect you will be joining an architectural firm in Dublin City that specialise in education, commercial and conservation projects.
They are well established in Dublin being a smaller sized firm with projects covering small and mid scale.
The team is made up of hands on directors and architectural technologists and assistants.
As a Project Architect you will be taking over a in a lead capacity through all stages of the construction process.
Your New Role As a Project Architect our client is looking you to be able to display strong design knowledge, management of clients and contractors and be able to ensure that projects are within the Irish Building Regulations.
The projects you will be working on will have a degree of complexity and you should be able to thrive and find enjoyment when finding unique solutions.
You should show high level of competency when it comes to preparing of design & presentation drawings, planning applications, construction specs carrying right through to the construction phase of the project.
The Requirements You should be an experienced Architect with at least 4 years in industry (post-registration) and have experience on Irish projects.
Experience in practice, consultancy or another design focused role in construction will be considered.
You should have a working understanding on project methodology, the design process, through to construction phases.
You should have a good understanding of planning process and building control legislation applicable to the project type.
Softwares include Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator and photoshop.
You should be an excellent communicator whether that be internally, with external consultants, contractors and clients.
